Garlic Bulb Sizes
Jumbo Size – Our largest bulbs (2.25″+). Rare super jumbos are reserved for replanting. Great if you want impressive size, but they typically don’t size up further.
Large Size – Around 2″ and ideal for planting. Our top pick for most gardeners. Often sizes up to jumbo.
Culinary Size – Smaller bulbs, like grocery store garlic. Best for eating or bulk planting when size isn’t a priority.
Garlic bulbs are sized by measuring the diameter of the base of the bulb in inches.
